The Annual Meeting is a combination of important policy discussion and educational opportunities for MSV members, and a forum for all MSV members to share ideas. MSV’s House of Delegates (HOD) is the integral and primary aspect of the Annual Meeting. It serves as the policy making body of the Society. The HOD considers resolutions that determine MSV’s position on many issues. There are two sessions of HOD that occur during MSV’s Annual Meeting. They are held Friday and Sunday.
MSV HOD Committees: Committee members (Reference, Rules, Tellers, and Credentials) must be available Friday & Sunday. Committee selection process will begin Sept. 23.
MEDICAL STUDENTS:If you are a medical student, please email Jenny Young, email@example.com, for registration information.
HOMESTEAD RENOVATIONS continue throughout the property and will continue through 2022. These renovations will impact some of the common areas, meeting space and sleeping rooms.
SLEEPING ROOMS: Currently, our room block is full; however, we are working with the Homestead, and are monitoring availability regularly. We suggest that members book in other hotels nearby to ensure you have a room for the weekend.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: In order to keep our attendees as safe as possible, we require that all attendees be vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to attend the MSV Annual Meeting. The CDC recommends COVID-19 primary series vaccines for everyone ages 6 months and older, and COVID-19 boosters for everyone ages 5 years and older, if eligible.
We ask that everyone take and have a negative COVID-19 test 24 hours prior to arriving for Annual Meeting. We will also have tests on the site for anyone who needs them throughout the weekend.
Completing your sign-in and registration at the Annual Meeting welcome desk will be confirmation that you complied with the requirements above.
As always, we highly recommend masking throughout the event. We will continue to monitor this ever evolving situation and will change protocols as necessary.
