The Annual Meeting is a combination of important policy discussion and educational opportunities for MSV members, and a forum for all MSV members to share ideas. MSV’s House of Delegates (HOD) is the integral and primary aspect of the Annual Meeting, with two sessions held on Friday and Sunday.

Host Property Accommodations:

  • The MSV negotiated room rate is $239 per night plus applicable taxes. 
  • The negotiated room rate is available until September 13, 2026, or until the room block sells out—whichever comes first.
