The Advocacy Committee’s purpose is to establish MSV’s long-term legislative agenda and will meet up to four times a year, with two in-person meetings in July and October. The Committee will consist of the MSV President-Elect, one physician from each MSV district, one practice manager, one physician assistant, and one academic medical center representative. MSV staff will present the Summit proposals to the M SV Advocacy Committee along with the collective feedback from the Summit attendees, Specialty Advisory Council and web comments. The Committee will then consider all feedback along with input from the MSV Board of Directors to further consider the proposals and prioritize MSV’s legislative agenda.
